It's not a huge surprise that folks are skeptical of information. A healthy skepticism of all information is a good thing.

But what blows my mind is that while they're skeptical of information provided by infectious disease specialists or epidemiologists with mountains of data behind it, they seem so incredibly NOT skeptical of information that comes from strip mall doctor/pastors who believe that STDs are caused by spirit spouses and that government is being run by space aliens.

So you repeatedly cite the same source over and over to validate your position?  How about looking at the fact that the federal govt is now telling Facebook what they can and cannot have posted on their site.  That the govt. is now fact checking and taking doctors that disagree with their marching orders for the message completely off of social media.  I'm sure that means nothing to you.   There are certainly studies that back up the vaccine.  You will NEVER hear me deny that.  But there are also studies that are much more difficult to find nowadays that say Ivermectin, Hydrochloroquine and other therapeutics have shown great promise and are effective as treatments without the side effects.  There are many studies showing people with very strong Vitamin D levels are NOT catching Covid and are not experiencing hospital stays.  There's a reason you're not seeing those studies, and it's in line with the collusion between the social media giants, main stream media, and the govt in place at this time.   When you line up the list of sexual perverts on CNN and MSNBC that have been caught either lying or omitting news repeatedly just over the last two years, and use them for your info, I'm going to laugh at you.  If you want to tell me that Twitter, Facebook, and Google are impartial, I'm going to laugh at you.  They cannot possibly be trusted, yet Libs think we should blindly follow their marching orders.  Go ahead, I'm not going to.

Then you have people that have no brains spouting off the most crazy things said by the other side, and acting like that's their stance.  Everything I have said has been true and backed up upon request., and more factually than the crowd that's simply parroting each other and slapping themselves on the ass over how funny they are.  lol   I have shown a moderate position and even admitted that were I in a more at risk category, I would consider the vaccine.  Nothing crazy and it's not crazy for professional athletes to feel that way either.  Yet we have the tough guy patrol calling others dumb fucks and trying to act more intelligent than others.   I'd love a few of them to call the players they're labeling as dumb fucks that to their face.  Of course, message board anonymity is one great safety net.  lol

Hey conservatives, just a word of advice: "Livin rent free in your head" has long ago run its course. It's just a more recent version of "word to your mama" or "cowabunga" or "as if" or "eat my shorts." Just thought I'd offer some assistance.

First of all, Ivermectin is a human drug that is also used
for animals.  Many drugs used for humans are
also used for animals, because often times they work for both because we’re
similar.  I would assume that human
versions of drugs are more tightly regulated than the animal versions, and you
shouldn’t be guessing dosages.  If you
want Ivermectin, you should be going to a doctor to ensure you’re getting
proper dosages and human grade product.
Maroonbells attempt to slur Ivermectin, by pretending it’s purely for
animals is ignorant, disingenuous, and counterproductive.

Regarding vaccines vs anti-viral medications:  I think it’s pretty dumb thinking to be setting
this up as a this medicine vs that medicine because you don’t have to pick just
one.  Especially in this situation where
vaccines are only really useful before someone gets Covid19, and other drugs are
being suggested as having benefits both in preventing people from getting Covid19
and after they’ve already got Covid19.
In this time period, people should be being offered multiple things they
can do to reduce their risk of Covid.  We
should be exercising, improving our diet, losing weight, ensuring that we have
sufficient Vitamin D and probably other vitamins, avoiding crowded indoor
locations, etc. as preventative measures.
We should be exploring vaccines as a preventative measure.  We should be exploring other drugs to help
squash Covid19 after you get it.  I don’t
think it makes any logical sense that our nation is hyper-focused on vaccines,
masks, and isolation as the only things to pay attention to.  We need a comprehensive approach.  The plan shouldn’t be take the vaccine and if
you get it, well your SOL.  If you’re not
hearing constant stories about your government trying to find non-vaccine drugs
to help people once they get Covid, you should question how hard they’re
trying.

Regarding the safety of these vaccines vs Ivermectin for
Covid.  Both are experimental usage and
not FDA-approved for Covid.  Ivermectin
is FDA approved for other uses in humans and has a long history of being safe
at approved dosages.  No mRNA vaccines are
FDA approved and have a short history of widespread usage.  The VAERs data which isn’t great but is the
only really comprehensive place for adverse reactions to vaccines shows that these
vaccines are being reported as having harmful effects much more often than previous vaccines.  That said, it’s still a low risk, they’re
just not as safe as the vaccines you’re used to.
I'm not a doctor.  I just read stuff ... sometimes.

i get what you are saying, but you really believe there are major risks issues in the proven effective vaccine and CDC guidelines while alternate therapies are developed?

Citing ignorance for those that do accept this seems really misguided
