Love to hear this!! You do have to be fearless to return punts/kickoffs!

I noticed one of the first things he told KOC in the post game was a big shout-out to his blockers...
Talk about a player flashing out of the blue!

Returners are going to have to be ready for this, many bigger bodies out there with the change in kickoff rules.
Glad he hung onto that and glad we found a good returner.

He was pretty consistent through pre season with his returns and almost took one all the way, so definitely was not a one game thing for him, he seems like he is the real deal.
Would like to see if we can create some opportunities in the offense to get him the ball in some open space, think he could bring another dimension to the offense.

Let's stop anointing him the chosen one just yet. I want to see his decision making and stability develop in the role. How will he do in the cold, the wind, the rain, off of punters that putty funky spin on the ball. This isn't a done deal quite yet. There are a lot of jukey guys who look great once the ball is secured. I'm not saying he can't be the guy, but just like a kicker after one week, I'm not declaring victory yet either.

He played last year for #10 Indiana and did just fine in the cold weather, he did not have one fumble at WR or punt returner. He had a TD pass against Notre Dame in late December in South Bend. Also, it is not just one game, he did this all pre season. The kid is legit.

Yeah, agreed. He's used to some cold and the elements playing in the Big Ten. Tough minded kid with some wiggle.
