I dont think the Steelers are ready to make that kinda move @ QB and I am not sure Kirko would want to play outside or the NE at this point in his career.

At this point it looks like they would be the only realistic options looking around the league. 3 Years $135 million.

Vegas possibly, too. New defensive minded HC might prefer a vet to a kid. Davante might too.
