I guess we'll see how it plays out but I don't think the Vikings make any moves that way. I kind wonder about his motivation. The Vikings are going to be in position for a qb and I hope they pick one

Chicago, New England, DC, NY Jets are all picking ahead of us. If you want one of the top 3 you’ll need to trade up.

Arizona is the target team. We need them to get a top 3 pick.

At this point all of the teams above the Vikings in the draft could go quarterback so trading up is the only possible way to get one if that's what they want to do.
