Morris would be 3rd, but I don't have anything against him.  Players love him by all accounts, you'd be banking on him having learned from past failures.  Not a given...  some guys are just excellent coordinators, not head coaches.

Here is a question to ponder -- when does Morris become part of the McVay tree?  Does he have to be a coordinator for McVay for 2 seasons, 3 seasons?
