It kind of sucks but this is on him.  Maybe they’ll be more lenient if he can prove
that he was only on it for X amount of days or something.  This doesn’t seem like something that should
be too complicated.  If you’re going to
be on any drugs, verify that they aren’t on the list.  If they’ve got multiple ingredients, verify
they aren’t on the list.
It's not like he got in an accident and they just put stuff in him.

An NFL source tells SNY there is "almost no way" Golden Tate wins the appeal of his four-game suspension.Sources tell reporter Ralph Vacchiano the "best Tate could hope for" is getting his ban reduced from four games to three, and that even that is a long shot.
