I think an o-lineman can get by with a bulkier brace and still be functional.

I find it insane that all linemen arent wearing braces,  they take a little time to get used to, if they worked out in them in the offseason it would get comfortable soon enough,  but with NFL linemen,  its kinda like bull riders,  its not a matter of if, but when.  

I have to think the carbon fiber stuff these days make them pretty awesome and light years ahead of the the stuff I played in and got later in life.

I think there is a better shot of him starting Game 1 than I thought a month ago.
