Cook not happy in New York
#11
For Dalvin- I get it. He wants more touches and it's not like he's gonna come out and say, "Yeah, I'm cooked. Breece is better." He probably is in the denial stage as it pertains to his skills.
For the Vikings- Kwesi deserves credit for a lot of moves he made this past offseason. Hopefully he's growing into his role. It hasn't been perfect but shedding Cook and Thielen (though he's still playing well) and Kendricks, re-signing Bradbury, keeping Hunter in the fold, Murphy has been solid at CB, and drafting Addison and signing Pace all look like good moves. Davenport has been glass and his first draft looks bad, but after that first draft it's hard to complain too much for the moves he's made. Even Powell has been solid. There's been some bumps but overall I'm happy with what KAM has done, especially considering he's operating within the Wilfs constraints of wanting to be competitive every year.

He'd still be RB #1, if he accepted what the Vikes offered.  If money was the most important reason to leave Minny, then he got what mattered most.  I don't feel bad for him at all.
