Not that I in any stretch of the imagination want to see him go. 

That seems bizarre and would probably hurt minority coaches. Not that it isn't likely the NFL would do something like this.

The reciving team doesn’t give up a pick. Its a comp pick 

From a purely value side, Kam should only hire minority candidates assuming all else is equal. Why not get something from losing them if we’ve developed them.
