In either case if it comes down to that good kicker making a kick we lose. I get it that he wanted to at the very least secure the tie -which is what he should have said- but you have shit the bed how many times already this year? Go for the win and generate some positivity. He tried to play it safe (because of course) and he still shat the bed in the end.
