Mond is 6'2 208?lbs  and ran a 4.62 40-

\Vs.

Cousins 6'3 202 ?lbs ran a 4.93 40-

I don't see what RG3 does.

the last QB the Vikings Organization  developed was Culpepper, 20? years ago.

Be it in Denver, Baltimore or Houston, of  the current coaching staff of Kubiak and Co., who has developed a QB draft prospect that has developed into a legit starter?

I like the pick in that he's got the tools to be a solid addition, he isn't expected to start anytime soon, and his issues can potentially be coached out while he rides the pine.

At worst, we've got a strong-armed developmental backup QB on the cheap for awhile.  At best, he gets the keys after Cousins.

I think the real "grade" for this pick won't be known for 3-4 years.
