OT Vaccinations

IMO....

Vaccines are a gift from God via medical science. 
It's not arguable the lives saved vs lives lost/impacted. 

Altho I'm extremely sympathetic to folks resisting Govt. mandates...very sympathetic.... I'm convinced vaccines have been an overwhelmingly positive
public health program.  There have been no definitive quality studies that have shown vaccines are a net negative. 
Anecdotal stories?... sure... and one of my own kids may have one.  (horrible reaction a few days after vaccines... later diagnosed high-functioning autism). 
However, my kid is alive and not suffering from polio/m/m/r.  

And can't swallow the conspiracy angle.  
Too many scientists  would have to have kept secrets... and too many scientists would have to have resisted the temptation to 'blow the whistle'.  
The anti-vaxxers need to bring quality scientific study/proof to the table.

Measles count in US this year already more than all of 2018

NEW YORK — U.S. health officials report that the number of measles cases through the first three months of this year have surpassed the count for all of 2018.
There have been 387 cases through March, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Monday. There were 372 last year. It's the most since 2014, when 667 were reported.
This year's numbers have been driven by outbreaks in several states, including New York, California, Illinois, Texas, and Washington.
Most people who get measles have not been vaccinated. Measles is spread through the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes, and it is extremely contagious.
For most people, measles is miserable but not life-threatening. There have been three measles-related deaths reported since 2000, including two in 2003 and one in 2015.
