...and yet the dude has a smoke show for a wife, lol. The sweaty, ratty little nerd is doing ok for himself.

I think if you were to create a list of NFL’s best dressed or most stylish, McDaniels is probably near the top of the list. Rarely would the words sweaty or ratty be used for him. That said, I think you could label him as looking too young and inexperienced, probably in the same way that most middle aged guys who were expected to wear khaki’s to work, look at younger people wearing jeans to their office job. He certainly doesn’t dress like the stereotypical middle aged man.

He may have a smoke show wife but would she be with him if he had a 9 to 5 job making $100,000 per year? Maybe, but more than likely she knows where the gravy train runs in South Beach and likes the high glamour life being married to a guy making millions every year.

Nah, hey listen.....McDaniel was a WRer in college, played at Yale. He's from Colorado. He was 22 years old when he was a coaching intern in Denver with Mike Shanahan. He's 41 but he's been around the game a long time. Very smart guy. This isn't like this was some computer nerd who never played sports. He's been married for 10 years, so she wasn't gold digging because there wasn't any gold back then, so you're off base here.

McDaniels is a very cerebral and creative coach, which doesn't line up with a QB like Tua who does not have the same football IQ. They must lead the league in delay of game penalties, because Tua just can't get the team lined up and ready to go for a complicated set up. Their problem is more Tua than McDaniels, he unfortunately inherited a QB that makes Kirk Cousins look like Fran Tarkenton, he has cement feet and no shot of avoiding a rush and his decision making at times is questionable. In addition, Tua can't stay healthy, so he is always coming back from an injury. Their GM really dropped the ball in terms of getting a solid backup who could have come in when the inevitable Tua injury came up. As far as his dress, a lot of these younger coaches are going that route, people also mocked Bellichick's hoodie, until he won 6 Super Bowls.

Ok Sticky didn't mean to rile you up so calm down. I don't know the guys background that you have shared but I was just saying in general the scenario I pointed out is probably more prevalent than most people know.

I stopped making fun of people for their looks when I was a little kid.
That said, he doesn't seem like the next Don Shula down in Fish Town.

I said sweats, as in sweat pants ( see the provided previous pictures) and ratty hair as in the tossled look that is popular with boy band and teenagers. Not exactly what I would imagine a bunch of tough guys would be showing a lot of respect for based on image alone.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
