My daughter has a friend from high school with debilitating anxiety.
Yeah it sucks for him. He seems to be handling it quite well. He might make a difference to someone by speaking out about it.
So some inside info: Blair Walsh's failings started after he received his new contract with the Vikings. It got in his head. He didn't feel worthy of it and the pressure gave him the yips. He went to a sports psychologist. And once you get the yips, its next to impossible to get rid of them.
