I've been trying to say this is the slowest, most tentative he's ever looked including at FSU.
Look, some of the really good and even great Corners fell off a cliff. Yes, guys like Gilmore got it back. Xavier hasn't so far.
Are passes against him 100% completed so far? Did a single throw his way not get completed that half? Huge test for Zimmer to figure out what to do with the weakest link on his Defense.
I had a feeling the team was going to cool off this week. Outside of Diggs, Dalvin and Mattison, I really didnt see a lot of fire out of these guys tonight...Bradbury had a nice game. AP did too.
Overall a conservative game-plan.
I'll sure as hell take the win and hope they play better on the road the next 2 games.
Getting AT back will help.
Zimm might have to look at making some changes with XR and Elf. I still contend Dirty Harry doesnt look like the same player this season. Maybe they're using him differently?
I think if they score on the opening drive (DIggs fumble really deflated the proceedings) it is a laugher. Thought it would be an ugly one after that.
Oh and no more Kirk Cousins QB keepers on 4th and 1 ever again please!!

Hey, between the level of the Redskins and the level of those TNF uniforms, the Vikings had a lot of playing down to do :p
Messy as it was, the Skins didn't get a TD and Cousins was 23-26 (that's 88.4%) when the OL wasn't busy letting him get sacked 3 times while reading their press clippings.
