12 Fumbles And 13 Picks In His Last 11 Games
No, Jared Goff...

Kind of crazy, right?
Lotta mediocre qb play these days. League wants a scoring fest but I see more low scoring squads. Last week there were a bunch of teams that scored 16 or fewer points. The game they want requires good oline play which seems to be in decline for a variety of reasons. And great qb's don't grow on trees.
But how many of those games are wins? As much as the fumbles and int's suck, that's the stat that matters.

3-2 this year.

It's a team game, is the team winning despite Goff's poor stats or are the stats because he is playing more wide open and having other success to offset these short comings?
If that was ponder in 2012 would you still say that wins and losses were all that mattered?
Keep in mind the Rams have had no running game since Gurley's mysterious injury and are throwing the ball a ridiculously high number of times so those stats are misleading. Goff has averaged 44 attempts a game this year to Cousins 24. It is not even a discussion as to who is the better QB. Put Goff in our offense and we are easily 4-0 this year.

Of course it's a team game. And he contributes to wins and loses. Everyone does. I would actually. Wins make things better. When things implode, that's another story.

@"JimmyinSD" said:Lol, Thats an agressive take but your point has a ton of merit. I really like Z for the most part, but if you watch a Mcvey coached game you see Z’s deficiencies. Mcvey’s passing game LIVES in the middle of the field. Against Chicago we threw nothing to the middle of the field. Clock management is immediate and correct.@"JR44" said: Keep in mind the Rams have had no running game since Gurley's mysterious injury and are throwing the ball a ridiculously high number of times so those stats are misleading. If you play chess and leave your bishops at home, sometimes you wont win a winnable match.
Z just might be a little too old school and inflexible to be a great coach
Watching the Badgers, I think this is the offense Zim would prefer...
