EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings on Saturday signed rookie receiver Davion Davis from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
Minnesota waived cornerback Nate Meadors to free up the spot.
Davis joined the Vikings in May as an undrafted free agent. He was with the team throughout the preseason but released when the team cut its roster from 90 to 53 players at the start of the month.

Interesting. Over Dillon Mitchell, the draft pick. Davis was undrafted but I know some who saw him at training camp were very impressed.
