M*therf*cking Diggs!
Has to be a god damn fucking not dog every tucking time!!
and the cost point was his 3rd worst play of the game. his 2 3rd down drops killed us
Yep, short FG would have tied it and maybe overpaid wouldn't have forced that throw at the end. Getting sick of Diggs not carrying his weight.
This hot headedness and inconsistency made him somewhat of an enigma at Maryland...along with nagging injuries. The talent is undeniable, but the other stuff needs to be contained. But that personality is part of what makes him good.

But that personality is part of what makes him good.Agreed. The constant harping on Cousins contract is getting old. Diggs...for all his "sticky" hands rep...looked like Treadwell yesterday. Yes he has a great TD catch, but the crucial drops and the one that resulted in a INT tells me he's getting frustrated by all the secondary attention and loses focus. He runs his mouth way too often for a guy that's supposed to be a world class receiver.
That is what makes him good. He plays with an attitude. He threw his helmet off in disgust and said fuck off to the fans and refs. That must have been a tough game for the players. Knowing you were getting fucked. Frustrations grow. I didn't see Adam doing anything either to help the team.

He's proven to catch about 70-75% of his targets, factoring in poor throws and such. Diggs is good but occasionally over the past couple seasons there have been times when it appeared like they were trying their hardest to force balls at him even when it's not producing. For a while there on Sunday it felt that way. He was a "hair" away from 0 catches on his 7 targets. Luckily he caught that one --- before getting the dumb penalty.

That's not to excuse Cousins at all. I'm just pointing out that, when it rains (Cousins struggles) it pours (his receivers start dropping balls... or getting OPI calls).

Didn't really warm up the passing offense in week 1. Things weren't clicking in week 2. Hopefully we iron it out this week.
