RUMOR: DB Hughes to be active today against the Packers
Would be huge if it's accurate. Fingers crossed.
I guess the only bright spot in getting injured early in the year is a potential earlier return the following one...
I'm assuming Kearse is going to hold down the slot today, especially against bigger GB slot WR's. But having Hughes available in an emergency (and in an important division game) would be nice.

He's inactive today.... along with Elflein, Alexander, Gedeon, Udoh, Holmes and Watts
Jevon Kearse will get a lot of time today at nickel. I hope he really steps up and becomes a major factor in today's game...
