I had a relative that showed up in suit like that once, we later found out it was an early onset issue. Kind of entertaining and amusing at the time, in hindsight painfull.
What was that name they called Kramer on "Seinfeld"? Oh, yeah...hipster doofus! ;)
I can hear him to his taylor right now....
"I want a SHORT sleeve dress coat, one of those doo-rags the Muslim women wear, with Harry Potter glasses....."
"Then I want a cowboy handerchief to tie around my neck, and a black fedora that I'm gonna wear backwards, with barbed wired around the brim..."
Taylor goes home and sticks a shotgun in his mouth, while his wife tries to talk him out of pulling the trigger.
Surprisingly, he looked even dumber on his way into the stadium last night.

Old women used to dress like this when I was a kid. Maybe he wants to bring back the fashion stylings of people who were born in 1910?
