Super diva WR Brown gets suspended...or not. He's playing on MNF
@"BlackMagic7" said:Oh no. That is an AFC North team.@"purplefaithful" said:@"dadevike" said: I think by rule the Raiders have to put the guaranteed money in escrow. I also think the guarantees in this case were about $30M split evenly as salary between this year and next. So he would get about $1M per game. But if he is cut and all his guarantees have voided, then they do not have to pay him anything. With our luck he'd end-up in the NFC North...:p
...in purple...
Rumor is that Brown called Mayock some hardcore shit and its extremely doubtful he'll end up remaining a Raider. I guess he just went apeshit on Mayock with the insults and aggressiveness. Stay tuned.

No doubt. He'll definitely end up in the NFC, which as become the "majors" compared to the AFC's Triple A status. It's freaking ridiculous.

YupWilson throwing to AB, or Rogers, Stafford, Wentz...
dunno, imagine two alpha divas in GB. The first time either makes a mistake, it would make the Cold War seem like global warming.

exactly. damn Raiders are a joke first Mack, then Cooper, now this? He will be in the NFC by next Friday
@"StickyBun" said:it was a joke Francis.....@"JimmyinSD" said: I would pay for that pay per view. Brown is in his prime, but is likely a pussy, Mayock is getting up there, but as a former defensive player he can deliver and take pain...let's make it happen, wheres don king when you need him? Mayock would get his ass kicked, he's 61 years old and has leaned out the last year or so. Brown is 30 years his junior and a current NFL athlete.
This would get anyone fired from their jobs in a nanosecond:
In this story,Big decision coming for Oakland.
I think he'd look good in purple. Raven's purple... ;)
He's apologized.
"Nothing to see here....move along folks"
Antonio Brown attends Raiders team meeting, gives “emotional apology”

Brown attended a team meeting this morning and issued “an emotional apology,” Josina Anderson of ESPN reports.
Whether the Raiders are willing to accept that apology or not remains to be seen. General Manager Mike Mayock, who was targeted for verbal abuse by Brown, seems ready to move on. Gruden, however, has final say in Oakland, and he may be willing to give Brown one more chance. That’s what Brown is asking for.
Losing all that guaranteed money made him very emotional.

I can just imagine him sitting at home, pulling up his
tablet with a big grin on his face anticipating all the love he was going to
get from social media and the news, and then all he’s reading is article after
article about all the things he’s done, how crazy he is, and how it sets him up
for losing his entire contract he just negotiated, which by the way kudos to
ever negotiated it for the team. That is
some major foresight.
I just struggle to imagine how this is going to get better
by locking in his salary for the year.
It just seems like being in a relationship you hate, and then choosing
to have a kid and get married to strengthen the relationship.
Well, he's the Raider's problem now. It doesn't really affect me one way or the other... except for the grumpy old man in me that wants to see people suffer the consequences for their choices (if- for no other reason- as a warning to others: to not do those same things).

Anyone want to bet on him being a model citizen beyond week 5?
