Lots of talented players to pick from for those 8 or so DB spots. Some good football players are not going to make the team from that room.

I'm curious about Jayvon Kearse: not sure how the team feels about him. Might be a surprise cut come early September.

Might be a surprise cut come early September.i think they are likely pretty high on him and the position flexibility that he has shown, but IIRC its a contract year for him as well and if they are working Epps in a similar role they might either be ready to move on without Kearse now, or are at least getting another player ready in case early negotiations show them to be to far apart for an extension.

Even if he doesn't crack the starting lineup you'd be hard pressed not to find a spot for him.
