Jokes aside, at what point is the mistake not just drafting him but wasting the roster spot year in and out? We haven't needed him to grow into the potential monster he was thought to become... with numbers like that, no wonder i'm excited about a guy like Bebee. It's no wonder Robinson from Washington looked like an all-pro in his first game...

literally anybody could potentially put up better numbers than that. It's kind of crazy. He should be a bubble player at this point - we could release him and pretend were paying for more production over a season...

Well, he'll (probably) have one more season to prove that he's worth a roster spot.  This is his last season (IF he even makes the 53).

They always say he looks good in practice and spend time working after.  I guess some folks aren't NFL material. 

But lets be honest.  I was excited when we drafted him.  We desperately needed WR help and he seemed the logical choice when we picked him.

It's really hard to be a receiver in the NFL when you can't run or catch.

I just thought it was funny to go from all of this news and insight-as-news regarding the draft to seeing this poor guy waste a couple paragraphs on an article titled "Vikings Not Expected to Pick Up Treadwell's Option" . ... it ain't news to any of us lol; I thought they were really stretching for a non-draft story.

I'm realizing that, lol, I didn't even read the first paragraph. I didn't realize that the decision date was approaching and that the article wasn't exactly pulled out of thin air. I just saw the headline and had a moment like, "wow, they're reaching for things to talk about now!"

I wasn't trying to dog anyone for how they spend their time (beyond an author writing an article from the most obvious of obvious); but I think we've laughed about the football news cycle and it's inevitable redundancy around this time of year from time to time too
