Panthers LT Matt Kalil released
So nobody on the board is defending him any more?? No holdouts?? lol.

@"greediron" said:But, but, the coaching was so much better. Dude was a major disappointment. And did I see the Panthers also signed a new center? So the Kalil brothers are both out of work?
You could say the coaching was so much better .... at realizing he should not be on the field quicker than the Vikings coaches did.
Do not be surprised if Spielman tries to get him back
He initially wanted to sign him before turning to Reiff.
I could easily see him bringing Kalil back and sliding Reiff inside to guard.
He is the brokeback mountain of GMs.
He just cannot quit on his draft picks!

his first name," Jordan said. "Speed Bump. Let's call him Speed Bump
McGee. That guy." ~ Cameron Jordan on Matt Kalil.

Don't really want him back; it's sad that he would be an "upgrade" from what we've got. And then, factor in that he's finally healthy this season... :p
@"Wetlander" said: Can he play guard? I kid, I kid.I was wondering the same thing when we resigned barr.
Hell let's call mount steaming pile mckinnie-----we're getting the band back together.

To my knowledge, this was the last thing he ever hit.
Man, I don't even think I can blame Matt here....that kid has a very punchable face
