Gotta wait to see full contract details, but if he really receives $8M this year...I think they overpaid.
So was this the same deadline for Kyle Rudolph's contract?

supposedly the team didnt approach him for a restructure....

This is big. Would've sucked going into the draft needing OL, DT AND Edge. If we can somehow swing a 2nd for Waynes, DT, OL, OL might be the way to go in terms of where the value is.
