A question from Sage Rosenfels
If you played in the NFL and were a free agent, and the money would be roughly the same, what are the three teams you would least likely sign with based off geographic location, recent history with franchise success, and the possibility of living there long term?

You can throw out the last question since these guys make enough money to live where they want once their playing days are over.
Recent history of franchise success would have to trump a less than favorable geographic location. That only happens in places like New England and Green Bay.
Truth is, the rest of the league has to over pay for free agents. And most free agents are looking to cash in on what could be their last lucrative contract.
Each free agent is different, but most are about maximizing a small window of opportunity to make a great amount of money.
Championships and hall of fame accolades would be great, but having enough money for you, and your family, to live comfortably is the ultimate prize.

Green Bay, Cleveland & Dallas (I could not work for Jones).
