Got a job offer 90 minutes ago...just under a 12k bump to boot! And it gets me into the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry so that's a big bonus in and of itself...

Still TBD. Taxes on my house jumped significantly, which is good and bad news. I need to decide in the next few months if I'm going to sell and buy a condo, or sell and rent.

Don't rent. Rent prices are ridiculous. I couldn't afford to pay the rent I charge for my house. Maybe refi the house so you can buy the condo and then rent the house. Eventually, you might move back into the house and rent the condo. Either way, long term, you have two properties. And real estate outperforms Wall Street every day of the week. Just some thoughts.

Considering that here in Worthington, MN we haven't been above freezing since Feb. 3 and the entire upcoming 10-day forecast has a HIGH point of 24 degrees, anyone wanting to move north from FL needs to be protected from himself :p
