Zion Williamson is my most recent one.  i am not a Duke fan at all.  Charles Barkley with huges hops. heard some interviews and he seems pretty grounded. Check out some highlights on YouTube. 6’8”. 285 lbd

I can get through a college game.  Most of the kids won't see a minute of NBA unless they watch it on TV or buy a ticket.  The kids seem actually excited to play in a conference rivalry game or tournament matchup.
But the pro game has left me years ago.  30+ year old men going through the motions. 134-127 scores and some announcer saying a timely defensive stop in the 4th quarter was the key!   Players scoring over 50 points...in a loss!
To watch o'le defense...4 step dunks...ball palming...missed traveling calls...and the tap-on-the-wrist fouls.
Then all the media hype on all the personalities.  "Where will _____ play next year? He's not happy with the coach so either he goes or the coach goes!"
It's like watching a bad reality show.

Oh, the game they play today I don't recognize, but I do enjoy it when I disregard basic fundamentals...crash the boards? Box out? Ball you man? But, it's entertaining to me and the Greek Freak is a highlight reel nightly...

appreciate the post actually Barr.

haven't followed basketball in a long time - i looked up a highlight reel of this guy and quickly found myself on Ebay looking at rookie cards.

The ball looks half the size when it's in his hands. His dunks are something else with that size and wingspan - he moves insanely well for a big guy and I definitely see that "Moss Factor" when he's competing against everyone else.

Glad to see the Bucks doing well. I have not followed the NBA much but as a kid in the early 80s, was a sixer fan and remember many great games between them and the Bucks. Those teams had Lanier, Marques Johnson, sidney Moncreif, and terry cummings later. If not for Philly and Boston they were the next best team in the East. Good memories.)

I've often wondered how the Bad Boys, the Showtime Lakers, or the Fo Fo Fo Sixers would care against the current NBA elite teams...

They wouldn't know how to play today's game....they would foul out quickly and be wanting violations called on ever possession.

Theilen.
For different reasons. Moss was the most electrifying player I ever saw. Gifted but polarizing much like a RB we all know of. Now days I'm too old for worship of such things. Now it about good men doing good. For that it doesn't get much better then Adam.
