Remember last summer... when the Patriots were in the news...
... for being no fun to play for? I remember driving on a long trip... and I got to listen to non-stop coverage of the "scandal": that some player left the Patriots (by choice, I think) because he said that it's no fun to play for the Patriots.
Well, whoever that was... is at home this weekend, watching his former teammates play for another Super Bowl.
I love the culture that Belichick has created and maintained.
Yep, you simply can’t argue with the success they’ve had for almost two decades now. Throughout all of the scandals and all of the rumors, they’ve continued the greatest run of success in NFL history.
I will say though, that playing in pretty much the worst division in football over that entire time span has been extremely fortunate for them as well.
and it looks like none of those teams are going to give them a run for their money any time soon either
