It's pretty bold if you ask me. Everyone now is looking for that great fresh mind. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it not about just being smart. It's about being ready too. His college teams were among the most penalized teams. That doesn't scream preparation to me. I wish him well. He's going to need a good supporting cast. Look for assistants that have been here done that.
