Risner In The 7th?
Dalton Risner - T - WildcatsAccording to Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline, Kansas State redshirt senior T Dalton Risner received a seventh round grade from scouts.
Risner (6'5/308) has been a Pro Football Focus favorite, but NFL scouts appear to be less optimistic about his NFL future. The tackle will get to compete in the Reese's Senior Bowl, and it's certainly possible that he gets some reps at guard despite playing tackle at Kansas State. The four-year starter was named PFF's top tackle in the 2019 NFL Draft before the season started.Source: Tony Pauline on Twitter
I've seen him mid first...the multi position ability would definitely put him on our radar...
Yeah those scouts are trying to blow smoke. A classic move. Try to scare some teams off of him so you can draft him.
The dude made several All American teams this season and made a couple last season.
I don't know and maybe it is overrated but I am quite fond of the Vikings drafting All American players.
But that is just me.
