i could see him wanting to go to Cincy and after what pops said it might be best. We would miss him

What did pops say?  Was this recent?
8 weeks or so ago pops said (paraphrasing) Zimmer wanted to keep Robison this year but Spielman overruled and cut him. 

I dont see why Spielman would overrule these coaches on defensive Personnel.  Weatherly played fine in the rotation but it would have been great to have Robison hold down base LE when Everson missed time
