Saints darlings of 2018
Absolutely, although the Cowboys are doing quite a bit of dumb shit on their own to help the Aints out as well. But the Cowboys have been the better team by far tonight.
I do love how Payton has already burned his challenges and it bit him in the ass on a key 3rd down spot.
And the refs just missed a big facemask penalty on Prescott. What an all around shitty job by the refs tonight.
I wonder how the score would be if they played on a Sunday instead of Thursday? Saints didn't look very well prepared. Oh well, it counts as a big "L" for them.
I still hate cheering for the Cowboys, so I didn't.
The media is SO happy that Dallas is back in the playoff hunt.
just wanted to point out that there is a thread on a Viking board complaining about penalties the cowpokes didnt get. Jerry must be pissing off the piwers that be.
even though I saw the same thing.

Or it's based on their record in this case. New Orleans has a better record so they will be favored. It's nice to see a team overcome the refs and the result to go against the script the talking heads are pushing. I hate both teams so that's the only positive I can see in this scenario. Randy Gregory took some boneheaded penalties at the most inopportune times. New Orleans definitely got the benefit of some uncalled penalties too.
Saints were due to come-back to earth a bit...But IMO they are the best team in the NFC and probably playing the Patriots in the SB.
Hell, I'd watch that one...
Teddy has maybe found himself one hell of a surround if this is Brees swan-song season.
I see nearly every Cowboys game (there's a big fan in our house). They have a good young team. If Dak Prescott can ever put it all together consistently they are going to be a powerhouse. Sans Jerry Jones and the Herschel Walker trade, I have been somewhat of a closet Cowboys fan though those 2 things I mentioned are BIG deterrents to my ever really caring that much for them. I can't stand Zeke Elliott the person but Zeke Elliott the player is a hell of a good RB and they use him so well in the short passing game too. Amari Cooper was just what they needed to open up their offense. I think initially they really missed Jason Witten but bringing in Cooper has really stifled that problem.
I've hated the Cowboys ever since the early 90s when I was a kid in school and they were winning those Super Bowls. Talk about the most obnoxious team and fans ever.
But still, nothing will ever compare to my hatred for the Saints and their d-bag coach. I still feel they cheated us out of a SB win in 2009 and I would absolutely love for Brees to get the Bountygate treatment and have his ass get knocked out for the year or even longer.
Without the refs they might have held the Saints to 3 points, they really came to play. Better team than they were earlier this year for sure.
Wow, the Refs favored NO. That's a completely new concept to me. Never thought I'd see the day.
