Since the conception of US Bank Stadium, Erin Rogers record of play there is still perfect. 0-3. Let the good times roll!

What is the date of conception?  When did US Bank Stadium become viable?  I'm pro choice, but considering Erin's 0-3 record here, I'm glad the Wilfs decided not to abort.
