In fairness JA came in as a vet in his prime and was given the rde spot,   the rest starred out as raw rookies that had to learn the game.  That 62 for JA was likely his best 4 years,  but those were damn fun times to watch regardless!

That has to be a product of good film study.  he read a key immediately and stopped his rush.  This kid is just an all around stud.  Kudos to the scouting, drafting and coaching.  Finding an athletic freak that is a sponge and wants to get better each day.  And having the coaches like Patterson in place to max him out at 99 in all categories.

I'm pretty sure Rick didn't randomly pick his name out of a hat on draft day.  I believe the scouting department actually went to LSU and evaluated him.
