In today's NFL with the anthem controversy, this fake US flag is what Green Bay uses at yesterday's game?

WOW!

Still baffles me beyond belief that any NFL team would do this in this time of protests.

Im not Sheldon Cooper, but  I am pretty sure that flag used in lamnbeau was never an American flag to throw back to.... likley just another example of why a 4th grade education shouldnt be considered "good enough" in sconni.

It was "throwback" day

The 26-Star Flag: This Flag became the Official United States Flag on July 4th,
1837. A star
was added for the admission of
Michigan
(January 26th,1837) and was to last for
8 years. The four Presidents to serve under this flag were;

Martin Van Buren
(1837-1841)
,

William Henry Harrison
(1841)
,

John Tyler
(1841-1845)
, and

James Polk
(1845-1849)

So they threw back to an era way before the packers existed? Poor choice IMHO. The flag doesn't need to be "thrown back".

Little known fact:
Although the LYRICS to the national anthem were written by Francis Scott Key, (War of 1812 v. British)
the MUSIC (The melody / harmony) were a British drinking song that also has sexual connotations: To Anacreon in Heaven

Prior to Hitler's rise to power in the mid '30's, American school childrenbegan the Pledge of Allegiance with a palm facing down over the heart....Then extended (like above) with the words "To the flag"

I agree Vanguard, there are a lot o stupid things in history, I'm just saying the Packers did a stupid thing in the present, especially with the anthem controversy.

I was thinking this was about the other flag that always helps Green Bay. Imagine my surprise. This one helps no one.

Oops...let me clarify. That FrancoAmerican thing they rolled out helps nobody. Not the real one you pictured.
