Bailey signs 1 year deal for $2 million with Vikings
Apparently turned down deals worth twice that amount for multi-years. He wanted the right fit and said the Vikings are it.
I'd say SB caliber roster and kicking in a dime were huge draws...hopefully he performs as advertised and we don't have another concern about the kicking game...
So we cut Coley for Bailey. Any word on who leaves to make room for Johnson?

I don't know that I would either, but I think he's pretty good on special teams. That unit has looked pretty putrid.

I don't know that I would either, but I think he's pretty good on special teams. That unit has looked pretty putrid.
I think he plays on goal line as well. We don't have much beef at LB beyond him.
Bailey has that Longwell feel about it. We struggled with kickers for years before we signed the cagey veteran who solidified that job for years.
Brothers is just plain awful in any situation. Cut his ass

Now, now... You don't worry about that. Once they win one super bowl, they'll want another. And they'll be lining up at Spielman's/Brez's table, clamoring for paycuts to keep this going for another super bowl run...
