The kicker lost the team a game on the road

Cut his ass and sign Dan Bailey or bring back Forbath at the least.  Too good of a team to leave it in the hands of another Blair Walsh.

Blair Walsh has to have an evil old spinster aunt somewhere, with a black hair growing out  of her chin mole, who has placed an evil curse on all Vikings kickers. Seriously.

Priefer needs to get it together. All phases of ST’s have been suspect since preseason. There’s no excuse for such an overall poorly performing group. Carlson should be cut by tomorrow. Just another reminder why I hate drafting kickers. Hold a dang tryout. Anyone in the world wanting to take a shot show up and kick.It’s unlikely the pick would be worse than Carlson was today.

Carlson might need to get an Uber home...  Wouldn't be surprised if he was cut on the spot.

In defense of Priefer (if that's possible), aren't we the youngest team in the league?  You know where all those back-up players play?  Special teams.  So instead of having some veterans to use on STs, Priefer is stuck with a bunch of 1st and 2nd year players.  I don't know who to blame for that... but I'll say this: they let Robison go in order to "go younger".  I don't think that that move will help us in the short-term.  But that's the way the team decided to go.  Likewise, we may be too young and inexperienced in our STs.  Long-term, those guys might help us.  But they suck (on ST) right now.

Wikipedia now says Bailey is a Viking! I think someone has made an unauthorized edit, but...Might be true soon.

Totally outschemed on blocked punt touchdown, happened last year as well, Priefer blows!  :s

Actually, what happened it the Packers grabbed the center and threw him off to the side, opening the hole for the rusher.  Which is illegal.  Zimmer allded to it in his post game presser.

Goodness, I followed the game day thread and it was like being on facebook with a bunch of teenager girls.  Zimmer should be fired, Spelly should be fired, Wilf's should be fired, Cheerleaders should be fired, drama drama drama...too funny.  Same old 4 posters trying to validate points they made three years ago trying to confirm.

Was going to post the same...the fighting back part..very impressed in GB vs the refs and all.  Love the fight.  So glad we re-upped Diggs.  He is a fighter and of course Theilan the scrapper.  We really do have something special here folks.  Didn't work out becuase of our rookie kicker but very correctable :)
