Diggs shakes off Sherman

on that play I thought for a minute that Diggs was going to pull loose and take it to the house. Shades of “The Miracle” raced through my mind.
I loved it because Sherman acted like he did something afterwards. He was totally talking trash while Diggs juked and faked him out.
That route running really shows Diggs football mind.
That's the play that made me giggle. The very moment Sherman thinks, "shit, out and up" and starts sprinting downfield is the precise moment Diggs stops on a dime and drifts out to the boundary. Diggs feet are just awesome.
Guys were open. The O-line needs to gel with Elflein's return and if we can give Cousins another second to throw, we see he can toss some dimes. Cook is amazing, but needs some holes.
I think the season will bear out that the 49ers are a very good team when its all said and done.
