I haven't recommended this to anybody before, but I really enjoyed The Rain on Netflix.  Even though it's original language is Danish and I turned on the English dub (rather than reading subtitles) that didn't keep me from liking it.  It's only eight episodes and Netflix did renew it for another season.

I liked it   great to hear it's renewed

That's funny.  That's what I thought too.  The crime rate is awfully high.
Well wyoming has the 5th highest psychopath per capita rate in the country.
Nobody remembers 5th. Who finished 1st?

my bad,  its was DC ... imagine that.... then conneticut.  I am sorry deleware,  they are actually right behind SD in the teens.

I'm real tech unsavy. A friend of mine loaded showbox app on my phone and tablet. We got chromecast receiver and put it on one tv. I wouldn't now how otherwise.

There you go then. I don't have Netflix. Like I said I wouldn't even have what I got if not for my friend setting it up. The app is free the receiver cost $35. I usaully don't even use the TV. I just watch on my tablet with the ear buds. To really appreciate the Frankenstein Chronicles watch it on a good TV. The cinematography is awsome in hi def. Got hook on it at his place on a $5,800 TV I'll never own.

So reading all this stuff - I had to check out the show -
Just watched the first episode of season 1. Loved it - HOWEVER, my wife was not a fan of the opening where he's watching porn, fantasizing about getting a BJ from a hooker. She's just not in to that kind of stuff thinking that this is going to be about someones sex addiction type of show. But the show quickly became filled with intrigue etc. as they revealed the true essence of what its going to be about. Looks to be damn good. Not sure if I can keep my wife interested though, may have to watch late at night while she falls asleep. Can I assure my wife that this is not going to be sex filled show so I can get her to watch? Those who have seen all of them, what can I tell my wife about this show going forward so I can binge watch? Otherwise going to take a long time to catch up!

there are a few sexual situations,  strippers,  gay sex scene here or there,  but for the most part is just another wholesome mobster, drug lord, money laundering, murder, show.  it can be a bit disturbed at times,  but for the most part its entertainment if you are into the twisted plot shit.

There is not much sex at all.  Not much nudity.  You may see an occasional boob because in order to launder money, one of the businesses they buy is a strip club.  But there isn’t much really.

By the way, that “porn” he was watching was his wife having an affair, in case you didn’t realize that.

When you watch your wife once it's affirmation. 26 times is voyeurism.
The uncle character threw a WTF in me...lol.
