I count 18 UDFA's on our roster

This year's class that we brought in - R. Thomas, Boone, D. Downs, Zylstra, and H. Hill

plus

Bower, Collins and Wilson from last year

plus

CJ Ham, A. Harris and Theilan from a few years back

Oh and UDFA's we got from other teams...guys like

R. Hill, M. Remmers, B. Jones, K. Sloter, new punter Wile and also the snapper K. McDermott

So I count 17 UDFA's on our team.  Might have missed one or two.  

Not sure what other teams breakdown looks like but I would think 17 is on the very high side.

Kuddo's to Spelly for consistently spending money (Sloter etc)and getting stacked UDFA's to come here every year.  Also for scouring other teams for talent and picking up some of these guys for trades like B Jones this year.  Or even picking up some of these guys on waivers or other teams PS like Rashod Hill.

No wonder Spelly was voted GM of the year last year and one of the Top GM's in the NFL.  We have a bright future and it starts at the Top.

(Correction - add A. Sandejo to make it 18)

Downs was a 7th round pick, not an UDFA.

i guess proves you can find talent anywhere? but then also shown paying the talent and continuing to develop everyone else.
