Anyone hear / know anything from Sass?

her and Don moved the family up to Kingman AZ last winter and I dont really hear from her any more.  Last I checked they were living life day to day as Don was still battling his cancer (not sounding positive on that note) but they were happy as could be with where they are and were making the most of their time fishing, camping and just getting out and enjoying nature every chance they got.   She will sometimes post updates on the horn site,  but hasnt found her way back here... but lots and lots on her plate so i dont really expect to hear from them either.  IIRC last time I heard though that there was some positive news on her mother though and that the girls were doing great.

I had heard (but it may be inaccurate) that Don was cancer-free now.

She checks in fairly regularly on the VikingHorn site.  She was online today.  Here's her latest "Observations from the River Bank".  I'm sure she wouldn't mind sharing it over here.

The family moved to Golden Valley, AZ a few months back.  They pretty much live for fishing it seems, and her and Don have been killing it on striped bass.  The girls have been doing a lot of fishing as well.  Downsizing and simplifying.  She occasionally "rambles" about life, less about the Vikings.  Miss that.
