This is the young DE I am most excited about this season.  He stands out because of how articulate and grounded he seems and that was evident as an UDFA last year.  Definitely comes across as a guy who is willing to work and try to learn as much as he can from his coaches.

Weatherly gets the most talk about potentially emerging, but I think Bower is the guy who will surprise fans this season by working his way into the DE rotation in the regular season.

He popped up on my "radar" watching practice more than weatherly did. I think you're right, Wetlander... this kid may open some eyes.
