C'mon...this gamification stuff is pretty silly and can't be great for performance...

Actually we do need it. And yes it is silly but let's not be a stick in the mud. I usually don't get into the gamification of sites but this one isn't too bad. And no it doesn't have much impact on performance. 

The gamification app is what is driving the reactions which is the only way I can find to store the likes and whatnot. I could turn off the badges.... but now that I've gotten under yer skin.........
