VikeFans Series Comparing Old School vs 2018 Squad
This is an intro to our 24 part series comparing The Best Viking to play at each position (feel free to debate our choices) vs the 2018 position holder.
Today we look at:
* Right Defensive End - Chris Doleman vs Everson Griffen
* OLB - Matt Blair vs Ben Gedeon
* RB - Chuck Foreman vs Dalvin Cook
* TE - Steve Jordan vs Kyle Rudolph
We will try to post 4 each day
Right Defensive End:
Probably have to put Doleman as the best, Viking DE of all-time. That's even if we include Moose or Marshall in the conversation.
So early on Dalvin.
I remember Steve Jordan playing, was amazing back in the day to see such an athlete @ TE. Now I gotta watch his son play for the frigging Saints and damn near cost us a Divisional game lol!

No doubt on Ben. Yes, way too early on Dalvin.
But, we do have some current Vikings claiming the spot for best all-time. We will post 4 per day.
Yes we have had legendary D linemen.We have never had this quality in the secondary that we have right now.
