With regard to Carlson, once again, Rick took a guy that has a strong leg, but developed the yips a bit in his last year in college. Sounds familiar. Hope we don't have to relive the the past.

From what I've read, he has a reputation as a "clutch" kicker...

I read they also signed Brian O'Neill as well.
