Are they allowed to work and study on their own,  or is all team contact outside of health stuff prohibited until OTAs start?   Seems that if Kirk wanted to live at Winter Park 2.0 and use the teams resources that the league should not stop it.   I can see the CBA preventing anything mandatory,  but how does it help the game to keep the players from voluntarily working?

It seems like these QB/receiver offseason meetups have to be coordinated outside the coaching staff, it's something the players have to arrange themselves.

I understand that,  but I am wondering if they could use WP2 if they wanted to,  if they could use the film rooms to work through things on their own,  or if they have to be completely away from the team for their individual offseason training.  Can they go in and use the teams trainer and weight room?

I believe players under contract - especially those who are rehabbing - can come and get treatment / therapy etc.  all the time. Cook has been there since the new facility opened working out / rehabbing, Rudolph has been there as well.

players getting treatment can, I am talking about just any player showing up and doing what ever they want there.

In this photo, it looks like he has his game face on. He looks pretty intense. The camera seems to love him because he is charismatic and photogenic. It's cool to see them bonding and working.
