Proud Grandparents ~ Grandson graduated Basic 12B Combat Engineer

Our grandson graduated Basic for 12B Combat Engineer with the Army National Guard yesterday (03/23/18). We are so very proud of him.

Sweet, congrats to your family for the young'un's achievment!  My own son is a 94E in the 'Guard, maybe they'll meet up sometime...!

Yep, they still do. I now know why too. We needed to be at his barracks at 5:30 in the morning on Family Day for PT. Well, it was dark & the map they issued us was worthless. We asked  four different male soldiers how to get to it & each one gave us wrong directions. LOL - We then saw a female soldier, asked her & she steered us in the right direction. We found it with no problem then. That place is huge!
