Kyle Fuller - DB - BearsBears signed CB Kyle Fuller to a four-year, $56 million contract.
They matched Green Bay's offer sheet. Fuller will make $18 million guaranteed, $5 million more than he would have made under the transition tag. This was fully expected from Chicago, who would have got no compensation if they let Fuller sign with the Packers. Fuller is now one of the highest paid corners in the league at $14 million annually. He's signed through his age-30 season.

Green Bay has completely struck out on the veteran CB market...  missed out on all the top guys.

Watch...  they'll end up signing Bashuad Breeland who couldn't pass a physical in Carolina.
