Vikings expected to choose new OC early this week
According to Jason LaCanfora of CBS Sports, the Vikings expect to decide who their new OC is going to be sometime early this week.
To this point, four people have been named as getting interviews with the team for the position:
Former Seahawks’ and Vikings’ OC Darrell BevellVikings’ QB coach Kevin StefanskiTexans’ QB coach Sean RyanSaints TE coach Dan Campbell

Don’t know anything about Dan Campbell or Sean Ryan... anyone know why we are looking at them? Is Zim tried of being a stepping stone for OCs already so he doesn’t want someone who will be offered HC jobs once their first season is done? Hell for all I know those guys might already have already been an OC...
He must have confidence in Stefanski after how he seems to have handled the QB carousel. and he has been around the Vikings for a long time. I would bet he is the front runner. anybody else?
Good and glad it won't drag-out too long. The team can begin to figure out the QB next.
I wouldn't be too quick in discount Bevell. Rick and Zimmer probably have a pretty good idea what direction they're going with the QB position, and it might just fit. Zimmer tends to like guys with a track record. As far as I can tell Bevell at least has one.
